Title VI

WHAT IS TITLE VI
Title Six (Title VI) is a section of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. It makes it illegal to unfairly treat or deny opportunities to people based on their race, color, or national origin in programs and activities that receive money from the federal government. In other words, no one in the United States can be left out, denied benefits, or treated unfairly in any federally funded program or activity because of their race, color, or national origin.

WHAT IS ADA
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a Federal civil rights law that prohibits discrimination against people with disabilities. Under this law, people with disabilities are entitled to all of the rights, privileges, advantages, and opportunities that others have when participating in civic activities.
