Jeff Wilkens  |  Executive Director
Jeff is responsible for overall management of the Council and staff including the management of CDTC’s federal funding distribution and programming activities. He is also available for informational presentations to community and/or business organizations.

Chad Daggett  |  Clerk of the Board
Chad is the clerk of the governing board and office manager covering diverse day-to-day responsibilities. He is a Certified Municipal Clerk and is an active member of the Washington Municipal Clerks Association and the International Institute of Municipal Clerks.

Riley Shewak  |  Senior Transportation Planner
Riley is a transportation planner managing CDTC’s transportation studies and plans, the regional travel demand forecasting model, and transportation planning for active modes of transportation such as bicycling and walking.

Ryan McGrew  |  Transportation Planning & Data Analyst
Ryan is CDTC’s data and mapping specialist. He conducts research, fieldwork and data collection, and manages a regionwide Geographic Information System (GIS) mapping and database system.
